The person who seated me did not know what Open Table was, as I wanted to make sure it showed I showed up for my reservation. The waiter didn't know what Open Table was. A manager came and started telling me that I wasn't registered in their rewards program. I, again, told them I was talking about Open Table. It appears that they did finally get me checked in. Food was highly mediocre. Service was slow. I haven't been to a TGIF's in years, and won't be going back unless no other options available.

Very very slow service. Midway through my meal, wanted to ask for water. I didn’t because I knew I would not get it before I left.

What is going on with Fridays?!!! They used to be so good, now I'm not sure if or when I'll try again. Last time I went to the Maple Grove location, it took forever to get our food. The restaurant wasn't even busy, but they said they had alot of to go orders. When I finally got my burger, it wasn't even cooked! Cold and deep red all throughout. So this time we chose St Louis Park hoping for better. I ordered the French Dip. Service was terribly slow, and there couldn't have been more then 6 parties in the whole restaurant! I tried getting the servers attention after he dropped the food off because of the horrible smell coming from my plate, but no luck. My husband was just about done with his ribs by the time the server came back to check on us and I had given the plate to him. The meat was bad! I did taste just a small piece to see if my nose was deceiving me, but no. It was bad. The server told me the other table had said theirs was bad as well... Why then were they still serving it? Not crazy about the new menu, service, or going back unless they make some changes. Theres too many good restaurants in the area to consistently be disappointed by one.

. The hostess was great. The flatbread was awful. Tiny specks of chicken over the bread. It was dry and flavorless. I was very disappointed as I have been here a few times before.

The restaurant was busy and they had a party of 40 that slowed the kitchen down. But the food was good as usual and the service was good considering a large party was ahead of us.

We had planned an outdoor party for my mom's 80th birthday. The night before the party it was apparent the weather was not going to cooperate. I made a reservation at Friday's for the next day at lunch and was so happy with their service. Super attentive and our waitress was fabulous. She kept all of our orders straight and handled our bills efficiently. Everyone enjoyed their food and we had a great time!
