It’s a waste of time using open table for this restaurant. They don’t take reservations and they don’t have the open table app. They don’t even know what open table is. So make sure you save your receipt if you want points. Open Table doesn’t even listen. They lie and say the restaurant marked you as a no show. HOW???? They don’t have a kiosk or anything to do that with!!!! Every time I tell open table this they just ignore me but give me my points so whatever. Fridays is always a good place to eat.

I would NOT recommend TGI Friday’s to any Open Table members because I keep telling open table that this restaurant doesn’t honor open table. Every single time for years I have to show my receipt to get my points and the open table people do not listen! They ignore what I say! I don’t like having to remember to keep my receipt. Every other restaurant I don’t have to do this. T.G.I. Friday’s doesn’t have a reservation kiosk and they don’t even know what open table is!!! It’s ridiculous!!!

Does not accept or honor Open Table reservations! Made reservation online but when we arrived, I was told that they do not honor the reservation.
