   Lunch with my partner, as an end of the week treat for us both on a freezing cold day in February. We hurried to the wine bar, looking for a warm greeting (in every sense) but noted that it was quite cold on arrival. We were eating early, so put it down to recent opening for service. The wine, available by the glass was superb and the selection of small plates tasty and offered good variety. However, the experience was ruined because it was so very cold throughout. There is a wall mounted heater/air conditioner but it seemed to be switched off. Mentioned the temperature to the waiter who said "its warmer in the evening when there are more people". Astounding comment as - with only the 10 tables - it WAS full at lunchtime. Disappointing and though I will go again, I will wait until summer time.

   Space is very limited. This is not the place for business conversations. We all thoroughly enjoyed our food and wine. The wine we had was interesting rather than outstanding. Service was generally good though we had to ask for a couple of things twice. On balance I can recommend this place though it is fairly expensive for what is offered.

   Good choice of wine, excellent food and very good and warm service. Charming place! Highly recommended for lunch, dinner or even an afternoon drink... Will definitely visit again next time in London!

   Quality of the food was excellent, especially the fish, which was done to perfection---just,only just, stopped from wriggling!!! Staff were under pressure with only 1 waitress so don't be in a hurry!!!

   I have eaten at the ten cases before and it was nothing short of excellent. So I had booked it again via OpenTable for the Saturday of Easter wkend to take my husband and our friends there. The booking went through and then when we turned up, it was closed. Either the restaurant didn't inform OpenTable of the mistake, or OpenTable got it wrong, but either way, we were really disappointed and had to walk a way to find somewhere else to eat that wasn't as special as it should have been.

   Small wine bar just round the corner from Covent Garden. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere, reasonable food at a reasonable price - for London! Excellent wine by the glass and knowledgeable staff. Recommended to meet friends or if you are on your own pre theatre.

    Extremely good food. All the plates we ordered, without exception, were delicious. Going back next week.
