It was a quiet summer evening so the vibe was low key. As a first time customer I struggled to see how to get in. The glass doors are super heavy to open and have to be shut for the (very welcome) air conditioning. My friend had exactly the same problem when she arrived. Service was good and attentive. Ordered a drink and some bread and when it arrived (£6) it was one small mini loaf. It was warm, but very oily inside for some reason and not very nice. I ordered chicken schnitzel which was great and a friend had prawns which she enjoyed. We didn't go for pudding. One thing to note - the wine list has tiny pictograms to show the price of what you're choosing - representing a glass, carafe or bottle. I thought I'd chosen a bottle for £33 but it was actually £50 - £33 was the carafe price. Just something to be aware of.

Highly recommend for service, food quality and value for money. Staff were customer focused and child friendly. Both evening meal and breakfast were delicious.

Nice venue , and the staff were great The food was ok , but if I’m honest let the oak e down a tad. I had the croquettes for starters. Presentation was great but lacked taste and texture . The main was a simple but lovely fish finger sandwich

Lovely brunch from the set menu which included two courses and a cocktail. The restaurant is pleasing to look at and the food was good. There were a few frustrating issues with the service but overall the staff were friendly.

First time eating at The Brush for a special family birthday get-together. It was a good experience with the food and drink being good quality and it was especially good to see the desserts at a price less than most other places in the same area. My only minus would be the length of time waiting for the food - main courses - 50 minutes is too long and the waitress was walking past every few minutes and didn't give us an update. It would have been good to know when we could expect them. Otherwise, worth visiting if you are staying in the hotel above or visiting the area.

The food was nice and the brunch offered great value for money. However, the service was very odd and unaccommodating. Great potential here, but the service needs to improve.

Had an amazing experience dining at the brush restaurant! Food was delicious with attentive service at all times for my table. Huge thanks to mantas for delicious drinks at the bar and another huge thanks to the lovely waitress flor and the general manager Francesco for taking care of my table. Would highly recommend dining here!
