Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.                                                           We celebrated my friends recent wedding and the staff especially Madison went above and beyond making my friend and us feel extra special. All I can say is Wow! From the private room, table decor, flowers, champagne. Awesome experience!!!

                                                          We had the seafood tower with shrimp, oysters, and lobster. It was delicious. We also shared the small filet. The steak was cooked perfectly. It was juicy and full of flavor. Our server, Will was very professional and thorough. The Sales and Marketing Manager, Arely went out of her way to sincerely make us feel welcome. The General Manager Chris checked on us to insure our satisfaction.

                                                          Took my wife for her birthday celebration, and the service was top-notch. The food was slightly under season, but otherwise very appetizing and just as billed. The manager came over and introduced himself, which was a nice touch and offered us ab amuse-bouche which was fantastic. They acknowledged her birthday and the desserts were fantastic. It's a little pricey, but worth every penny.

                                                          We went for our anniversary and there were hearts and a rose already on the table. The manager and servers were top notch making for a special and delicious dinner. When we left there was a wonderful view of the fireworks at Six Flags.

                                                          We did the generous poor and also had part of the group order off the menu. Everything was delicious and the new executive chef even came by to do a table side service for us.

                                                          The best fine dining experience that we have had in a long time, we had visited other similar restaurants in the area recently and every one of them were under whelming in one way or another TCG checked all the boxes- we will be returning again soon

                                                          Alexander, server was the best. The team professional, personable epitome of customer service. The cherry on top was desert on the house to help celebrate professional I recently hired, that was the special occasion at The Capital Grille.
