A magnificent former church conversion which is now a licensed coffee shop, art gallery and events space. The William Morris floor to ceiling stained glass windows set the tone.... it's glamourous, comfortable and every detail has been considered. Our food evolves through the day, its generally simple but excellent food, please see the menu for more information. We have GF/Vegan options available.

    Unique place, lovely atmosphere, great service. Very tasty sharing platters and cocktails. Highly recommend.

    Greeted with a warm welcome by staff. Promptly given menus and given plenty of time to choose our food etc. Owner took our order plus took time to chat and inform us on the beautiful church building and decor. Also, gave suggestions on the menu which was great. Drinks and food were excellent as was the service. I would highly recommend the Culdee for breakfast/lunch as the ambience is superb plus lots of interesting art work and gifts for sale. Have been three times and never disappointed.

    My first visit to the Culdee for lunch and I was not disappointed. Had the Club Sandwich and it was delicious; thick toasty bread, crispy bacon as requested, fresh chicken breast and lots of salad which was very crisp & fresh. Had a pot of tea served in a steel teapot with a china cup & saucer so my tea stayed hot all the way to the bottom of the pot....perfect! The service was excellent with friendly and attentive staff so I will definitely be back.

    Absolutely stunning building, with a warm welcome and relaxed atmosphere. Booked for lunch today. The food was delicious. Perfect sized portions and absolutely delighted to be offered a choice of salad dressing on the side 5 ⭐️

    The Culdee is a fantastic place for coffee, lunch and beautiful cakes and desserts. It is spotlessly clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Cant recommend this place enough!!

    Food service and drinks all excellent. I had club sandwich which was really lovely, all of us had cakes and hot drinks and all were really good Unfortunately the building is a bit chilly due to the size of it. This is my 4th time here and I’ve felt cold each time which is a shame.
