Available on Sunday, May 11th from 10am to 4:45pm, sip your choice of tea while indulging in classic delights like freshly baked butter and fruit scones, delicate finger sandwiches, and an array of exquisite desserts, including a welcome mimosa for mum. $69 per person. Plus, little ones can join in on the fun with our $16 Kids Cream Tea. Looking for something heartier? Our full à la carte menu will also be available, featuring classics like our Sunday Roast.

Traditionally celebrated every Sunday, this meal brings together three of life’s greatest pleasures: quality meats, mouthwatering sides, and convivial times with good company. As integral to British culture as it is to Executive Chef Ryan Lister’s heritage, Sunday roast guarantees a meal with bold flavours, textures, and sauces. We serve each plate with roasted potatoes, carrots, cabbage, and pan gravy. We enjoyed our entire experience at The Dorset. Are in town for a big 2 day concert event at the Rogers Centre and a friend who knows the city recommended we eat here. We both came for the traditional fish & chips and were so impressed. We upgraded to the fresh flown in halibut and it was delicious. The chips were perfect. The sauces (tartar and curry) both were excellent and the serving of mushy peas yummy. Staff were warm and friendly and we enjoyed our comfy seats and table. Really liked being able to see the kitchen upstairs while the chefs worked away. Also had the dessert which was phenomenal. Sticky pudding and the steamed sponge with custard sauce. Excellent in all aspects. The restaurant is beautifully designed and decorated. And the loos were so elegant. Highly satisfied with our dining experience.

Never had fried potatoes palmed off as roast potatoes with my Sunday roast yuk! Not really English fare but nice try.

Absolutely loved it. Decor is fantastic. Food was delish. The pork/potato croquettes and tuna tartar were so good. Also had the fish and chips. Also very good. Everything was served hot and we didn’t wait long for anything.

Excellent service from beginning to end. The food was excellent. I had the steak and fries and my date had the fish and chips. We both enjoyed our meals very much. We also enjoyed each other's meals as well. Excellent batter on the fish, and my steak was cooked exactly as I ordered. The fries were very good and came with a garlic aioli. The host and the bartender checked on us frequently, but not too much. The restaurant has a grea look to it. It has a very nice mix of British charm with a modern feel and a very nice bar area with great lughting. I would definitely recommend.

We had a table close to the kitchen so we could see the chefs prepared the dishes. Everything was very good. Great experience, service was fine.

I chose The Dorset to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and it was the best decision I could’ve made. The food was amazing as always, but the service was truly exceptional. Karel is the best! Such a sweet and caring server who made the celebration even more special 🫶
