   Cocktails were terrible. We ordered waffles they had no strawberries and no sauce. Gave us ice cream with frost on them. The Eton mess has 2 small meringue and 5 blueberries , other wise it’s just a ball of cream. Had to send back a drink as it was undrinkable. The aperol tastes of soap. The staff were friendly but don’t really seem to care and take pride in their job. The female toilets were disgusting, no toilet paper and stains all over the bowls.

   I have already written a google review. It was a terrible experience. When we complained the manager was horrible and very rude. I will not recommend anyone to eat here.

   The Eton mess takes reservations for dinner, but only serves a few bar snacks. They should be clear that there are only drinks and a few snacks. Why take dinner reservations?!!

   Lovely staff , brilliant breakfast & service, thanks to shaikh for all his help , best customer service we’ve encountered , friendly and nothing was too much trouble , menu needs simplifying, not enough staples to choose from , and over priced for what’s on it , room we had , had problems with tv throughout our stay that wasn’t rectified, which was unfortunate , Wi-Fi almost non existent even when supplied with code , again not what you want . On the whole just for the staff , and proximity to Windsor , 5 min walk over the bridge would definitely stay again , thanks to all , Mally @ Denise

   Our waitress was brilliant and it was only on her second shift!!. She made us feel welcome and was bright, professional and efficient. The food was delicious and cocktails were fab.

   Found ourselves in the same space as two hen/stag nights and not able to accommodate a different table. So not great, not what was advertised. We moved to a different restaurant

   Excellent food and drink. Lovely place. Waitress was really attentive but if we needed anything they couldn't see so we just went up to the bar. Food and drink was amazing though and will be coming back!

   Nice little pub but my salad was covered in salt and was mildly inedible. The other dish was ok, service was very good.
