My daughter and I shared the Bison 8oz filet with a butter sauce, potatoes and sugar snap peas and it was amazing! Plenty of food for us. My husband had the rack of Bison ribs which were very meaty and fall off the bone tender. He thought they were a bit dry, but I thought they were just fine. The dinners were served with their house salad. We did not have dessert. I had a cocktail off their cocktail menu, the mint julep and loved it. My husband and daughter ordered an old fashion and it was not a very good one. So they are good at making cocktails they have on their menu, but not good at call drinks. I got the incorrect steak and the sauce was amazing! But the steak seemed to be mostly fat and lots of grizzle.
