Join us for a special one-night-only Izakaya Night at THE GALLERY by Odo, featuring a curated sake selection from Ryujin Brewery, one of Japan’s most respected craft sake producers. Located in Gunma Prefecture, Ryujin Brewery is best known for its award-winning label Oze no Yukidoke. Using pristine local water and carefully selected rice, the brewery crafts elegant, smooth sake through traditional low-temperature fermentation techniques. Their sake is beloved both in Japan and internationally for its balance, depth, and refined character. For this special event, our chef has created a series of seasonal small plates designed to highlight and harmonize with the unique profiles of Ryujin’s sake. Enjoy an evening of refined pairings and warm izakaya-style hospitality—right in the heart of New York.
