We have been to the Grahamston several times for afternoon tea and throughly enjoyed all aspects, but yesterday didn't hit the mark. Once seated I had to find a member of staff to ask for a pot of tea after waiting for some considerable time for someone to attend our table. This was also the case again when asking for a glass of prosecco which is included with the offer. The staff were very pleasant but hard to find. There wasn't as much of a selection of savoury choices as previously, which was disappointing.

I was seated quickly. The restaurant was nicely lit, seating comfortable, with no crowded tables. Staff very pleasant. Food was served quickly and it was presented well. The steak was cooked perfectly. I was asked if I was satisfied with food, if I required anything else. The price was reasonable for a four star establishment. My gin and tonic presented properly and the correct temperature. Overall a pleasant and satisfying experience.

Had a lovely afternoon tea here yesterday. Buffet style food, plenty of great choice for both sweet and savoury. No gluten free choice for one of our party, so I spoke to a lovely server who was very helpful. She spoke to the chef and within 10 minutes we had gluten free sandwiches, desserts and fresh gluten free scones were in the oven.

We eat the unlimited afternoon tea in the Grahamston with an Itison voucher. Made it great value for money. Food was nice, fresh, and the help yourself area was topped up regularly. Friendly, polite staff but felt a little awkward asking for drinks when they're busy. Maybe a self serve tea and coffee area could be considered? The personal touch is nice but we felt thirsty! The dining area is cosy but quite dark. Next time we would try the bar area.

Had a lovely afternoon with plenty of choice. Staff were friendly and approachable. Only downside was the ladies toilet was extremely untidy, wet surfaces etc. we did pass this onto one of the waitresses so can only hope it was acted on

EXCELLENT. 1ST VISIT FOR MY SISTER & I. EVERYTHING WAS TRULY AMAZING. SERVICE IMPECCABLE, FOOD OUTSTANDING. PLATES WERE CONSTANTLY REPLENISHED. AT NO TIME DURING OUR VISIT, DID WE SEE AN EMPTY DISH. THIS WAS A HIDDEN GEM THAT WE’RE SO BERY HAPPY TO HAVE DISCOVERED. WE WILL 100% BE BACK. WE’RE BRINGING FRIENDS NEXT TIME!! EVERYONE INVOLVED DESERVES A HUGE PAT ON THE BACK. WHAT A TEAM.
