Loved the food, the whole experience was great, went with my husband as a date, everything was delicious, excellent service, without a doubt I’ll go again!!!
Poor service took 2 hours to get a meal. Poor coordination lack of service overall. Food poor taste. Noise level way too high with blaring music making people talk over it. Waitress had to yell over the noise. I would not recommend this place at all.
Great place to have brunch with a different experience, Loved it
Server wasn't the greatest. Kept having to find him for drinks or little things. On the bright side food was great.
Not the Meeting Pot we expected for a date night. Per the owner they have moved to a more open and family environment.
The Melting Pot is a perfect place for a quiet nice meal between two!! I had the Salmon Ginger Teriyaki plate with Rosemary fries and it couldn’t have been better!!
Overall the food was great but it is a bit pricey. The ambiance is good and customer service was good.
First time trying this place out, wasn't sure how to order or how anything worked. My server did a horrible job explaining the menu instead his main focus was to upsell me on everything. He was not helpful at all just made the experience bad, food was great went out on a limb and just picked anything since the menu explanation was horrible by the server.
I NEVER GIVE BAD REVIEW, BUT THIS WAS BAD .. 10 MIN JUST FOR WATER NOT GOOD..WAITRESS
ONLY SPOKE TO MY WIFE..EVERTHING TO TOOK LONG FOR COME OUT..WE LEFT STILL HUNGRY..
Prices too high for quantity. Tucson location gave more.
We were seated within 5 mins of arriving for our reservation. Our waiter was great, explained the process. My son wasn't crazy about the drink he ordered and he replaced it. The owner came around asking if we needed anything and introduced himself. My kids are 12 and 9 and they really enjoyed the experience. We order 2 4-course meals, which the waiter said that would be good for 1 to 2 adults. We figured it would be enough for the 4 of us, maybe if we ordered a side dishes. We were satisfied in the moment but we were hungry shortly after leaving. Overall, we went for my birthday and it was great. Its not for anyone who is on a time crunch, it took us close to 2 hours from start to finish.
This was our second time being at the El Paso location, once again it was great. Our server was great. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and was constantly updating us and or checking on us throughout the evening. The reservation process online is super easy too. It was a great date night for my hubby and I.
Great restaurant with a nice ambience, very good service and the food is delicious. Nice for a romantic date or to celebrate any occasion.
The food was amazing, the people who work here are very nice (a little OVER attentive in the beginning). The woman who first checked us in forgot we had a reservation and thought we were on her waitlist and got confused and apologized profusely. Fortunately, we were there 15 minutes early, and we got seated right at our reservation time. However, everyone who was waiting had about a 30-45 minute wait. The whole process just took much longer than we expected. We were in the restaurant for a total of 2.5 hours for their 4-course meal. Definitely too much time between ordering, getting the courses, and then finally the check. I’ve been to restaurants with a 6-7 course meal that took about a half an hour longer—more food in less time. They offered a 5% military discount here though without us even asking about one, so that was nice.
Felt rushed but good food and drinks. Server pushed us through too quickly and then was slow to get us our drinks.
We enjoyed this restaurant and the overall feeling of the place and it’s food. The food is creative and very tasty, it also allows you to be a part of the creation of your meal, making it a more memorable experience. Though a little pricy due to its trendiness.
At the time we went we had reservations. We were sat down quickly and sat there for about 15 minutes before a waitress came to attend our table. I don't understand the wait because we were the only customers in the restaurant at this time. After that all went pretty well until the waitress forgot to bring a plate for my entree. She informed us she would return with a plate but never did. I finally had to get up from my table and asked another waitress for a plate. Service is part of a good dining experience. To bad we didn't receive it.
Took about 15 minutes for someone to come to our table and get acknowledged. It was our first time there so we didn’t really know how to order...only the basics were explained. We also did not know we would be cooking our own food.
But it is a good restaurant overall.
The restaurant is new to El Paso. My husband and I enjoyed the new concept, compared to the other Melting Pots we have been to where they are dimly lite and romantic. Prices are reasonable, when you think about all that you are getting... Appetizer, soup/salad, main course and dessert. The owner is wonderful. Stopped by our table and introduced himself. When we had to leave early to pick up on son, we missed out on the dessert. The owner gave us a coupon to come back at another time and have dessert. One of the managers, Margaret, clearly enjoys her job, and believes in the quality and experience of the food. She was wonderful and helped us make reservations for brunch and a birthday.
This was our first time going to this restaurant. It was amazing. Our waitress top notch. An amazing meal and fantastic ambiance.
Extremely underwhelming. From dirty “stove tops” and skewers, to just average fare. I couldn’t recommend a visit.
Great as usual
Love the new vibe compared to the old version of the restaurant! Server was very nice and attentive. Food was good.
Such a nice set up for our anniversary. I do however think that a better camera could be used for the framed picture that comes with the package.
Hatch Green Chile Fondue was sooooo delicious. Melting pot is a unique food experience
It was good, my teriyaki sirloin was just over cooked other than that I like it.
I have to two other Melting Pot location in two different cities and I must say I love it every time! And this location has just been added to the list! Thank you for the experience!
Took about 2 hours for dinner, which is hard for dinner with 2 children
VERY expensive for what was served, server was great, but hostess and managment needs work. Cooking concept neat idea, but meat had very little flavor if not for the sauces. Concerned with not cooking it long enough. Felt ill later that night. Will not be returning or recommending except for dessert.
This was our first time eating at this establishment and I'm sorry to say, it was disappointing. We were a family of 6 (2 children under the age of 6). We spent approximately $300 and left hungry. We asked repeatedly for an explanation of the menu, which 2 waiters halfassed. We ended up ordering the 4-course meal since that was the only thing they kept pushing on us. I'm a pescatarian, so I ordered tofu, salmon, and shrimp. My two babies ordered chicken, shrimp, and salmon. Unfortunately, both were still so hungry that they ate me and my husband's food. Also, where we sat, the high chair for the one-year-old was positioned at the end of the table. He could reach the buttons on the burner, the pots1 EVERYTHING! We asked the waitress not to set plates in front of him and that was ignored repeatedly too. We left so disgustedly that we didn't eat the chocolate, but we have the rainchecks. This was the worst experience we've ever had in a restaurant- ever.
We went for the their Brunch menu, but ended up ordering the four course. Which includes cheese, salad/soup, entree, and chocolate. We found out you have the option to save your chocolate for later if you get full. Which is pretty incredible
Our server John was awesome. Had some great advice for wine and what it would pair nicely with
Came back again and had a great time everything was explained well to us, Arturo the manager really made sure our experience was amazing and Shawn did a great job of explaining the menu to us and was super friendly I’ll definitely be back.
Cheese fondue was the best and the chocolate was amazing
Early birthday dinner it was great thank you!
I wish the prices were a bit better, for what you get, but the food was delicious and the service was impeccable! Definitely would recommend it!
Loved pretty much everything about my experience. Kayla was so nice and helpful!
Awesome food, the service provided and waiter's attentiveness to customer was great
Unfortunately, very slow service, had to remind waitress of the items we ordered, bathroom rug was soaking and received dirty utensils. The food is not amazing for the prize, the habanero chicken was good but not going back just for the cheddar that does not taste better then velveeta. Not recommended
Welcome Melting Pot to El Paso, my husband and I enjoyed our experience. Our waiter was great and provided recommendations. We didn't feel rushed and actually relaxed. Great adult beverages. We will be back with our adult children for the holidays.
