We arrived at 5:40 pm and seated immediately. Our server took our drink order and asked if we have any time restrictions. We said we had tickets for a 7 pm event around the corner. We ordered our food. We waited a while for bread as none was ready. Our food took about 25 minutes to arrive. It was brought to our table by someone other than our server. Our server didn't come by to see if we needed drink refills. When we were finished eating our server came by and I said I would need a takeout container. He wasn't to be seen again for more than 10 minutes. We checked the time and realized it was 6:47 pm and we needed to leave. We had to rush out with no coffee/dessert which is included in the price.

I love this place! I make it out to the Spaghetti Factory at least once a year and always get asked to attend their guest appreciation night - which was why I went on this particular occasion. The set menu was really good though there weren't a lot of vegetarian options. I was really sure that last year they substituted an Alfredo dish for me but they wouldn't do it this year. The food was plentiful and very tasty. Our server, Doreen was a lot of fun and we were all greeted by the Hostess, Eunice who was also really nice. My usual table was reserved and waiting and the staff all appeared to be having a great time. We sat there for about 3 hours and never felt rushed to leave. The drinks kept on getting re-filled and we were very stuffed!

Always good food and reasonably priced. You never sitting to long waiting for the food.

Everything was great, however we very disappointed to see the conditional pass from the health department on our way OUT the door. Before we come back I will be checking to see if you have passed your health inspection as of right now I'm not in a hurry to return.

A wonderful experience. I came for my children's birthday dinner. The atmosphere was very warm and inviting. We stayed a while after the bill was paid and we weren't rushed out. That was appreciated. Perfect for families and romantic dinners. The only thing I would have liked to be different was that there was 1 piece of cake for my 2 children and they sang to both of my children at the same time. I would have preferred 2 pieces of cake. But I loved the singing.

The restaurant was busy but we had reservations and were seated right away. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was energetic. The food was fair. Portions generous. I did notice the plate that my food came on did not look thoroughly cleaned. It had oily smears on the edges that were clearly not from my meal. Besides this, I would come back. My kids loved it.

I've been coming here since I was a kid, and it really hasn't changed, which is a good thing. You get lots of food for a reasonable price, and the waiters and waitresses are friendly and efficient. They start you with unlimited bread and their own whipped garlic butter which is always warm and fresh. The soup or salad, ice cream and tea or coffee is always included in the price of the meal. It's a really popular restaurant for tourists, people visiting the theatre, the ACC or Rogers Centre for a game or concert. I'm never disappointed after a meal here. Highly recommended!

I don't know why this place is busy except for the fact that it caters to kids. Kids loved their chicken tenders but the adults could not even finish their pasta and chicken dishes as they were not good at all. Won't go back.
