Took almost an hour to get French fries. Our other sandwhich took an hour and a half- we asked the manager. The person who was supposed to make it left at 5pm. They then made it right away and took it off our bill. But had we not asked we would have never recieved it.

Food was good. We were expected to get our own water, which would be fine if there was anything to indicate that, but there wasn’t. Staff was mostly invisible until they were trying to get us out so they could clean and close up.

Not sure what short staffed has to do with being out of every single food menu on the item but according to the bev manager it does. He also finds it appalling to warn customers that they are out of every single menu item. I find it appalling you are even seating customers still after having only 3 appetizers available and bringing out wrong drinks and telling us to deal with it but ok.

We were there mid-afternoon prior to a concert so it actually wasn’t overly crowded. It was hot and the AC didn’t seem like it was working well. The service approach is strange…ordering by phone QR but some waitstaff that bring stuff, but can also order through them or go to bar. Had to buy a beer separately at bar and couldn’t just add to table tab for some reason. Self service water stations were good for this concept. We also had a moldy bun issue with the caprese sandwich, which wasn’t realized until half eaten. The other chicken cutlet sandwiches were well-executed and delicious. They were apologetic for moldy bun (although waitresses initial gasp was alarming) and took it off of the bill but kinda put a damper on the visit. Drinks were OK. Atmosphere is open beer hall vibe.

No need for reservation Just walk in scan QR code and order No one was around to ask questions and when we finally found someone they were less than helpful. The joint was empty bringing little interest and when we pulled up the menu our phones half of the items were unavailable. The building was cool and the decor was cool but that’s about it

Pizza is delicious! Great place to go to dinner with a group of people. Great wine selection as well.

It was a delightful meal. Even though they did not have everything we wanted, the waiter went above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with everything. Great vibe!

Ordering with the app, without showing a running tab, was a pain and we ordered additional plates without realizing it. Small plates for use with appetizers were all dirty. Ended up with raw onion on a salad, not listed on the menu, which is an allergy. We sent it back, but the next one also had it mixed in, which we only found halfway through eating. There was a small group enjoying themselves in the lounge area, not loud, but for some reason the staff cranked up the ambient music to the point of it becoming difficult to continue conversations at our table.

We had a great lunch! Cocktails were creative and delicious, food came out quickly and was all exactly as expected. They were a little slower than usual but with such a large group that wasn't a bad thing!
