Came for Father’s Day as a party of 6. Fold and service was phenomenal! Amy the bartender is wonderful as well as the rest of the girls who were on staff that day. 10/10!

We went on 5/31 and were very disappointed. The Waterfire menu was too limited, overpriced, and low quality. The $25 ceviche came out in a plastic cup and the jambalaya was just plain bad. We had a great waitress and a nice view of the water, but could hear the rude remarks from the bartender to the staff and had a pretty crapy meal for the price we paid. Wouldn't recommend...

Worst experience on Mother's Day. We sat for almost two hours and never got our food. People all around us were having the same issues; either not getting their food or waiting super long. Ones who did get served couldn't even eat the food saying it was gross and inedible. The icing on the cake was when the server hit us with a $31 bill for our beverages stating the manager wanted us to pay for them. After going back and forth with the server, she eventually said she would take care of it. I tipped her $5 only because she did inform us it would be a long wait from the beginning but little did I know the food would never come. Look at all of the other bad reviews on Google. That should be enough to keep you away.

We had a 1:45 reservation. We were not seated till 2pm. It took the waiter 30 minutes to attend to us (he was a nice guy not his fault). We were not served for 2 hours. It was so bad that we left without receiving our food. 1:45-3:45 no food, terrible service. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Food and service were subpar. Diner food. The only nice thing about this place is the location by the water.

Walked in with reservations, we were the only ones there, which should have been an indicator of what was to come. Upon arrival the space its was inviting, modernly decorated, beautiful bar by the water. Wonderful spot during Waterfire im sure. We ordered food and the waiter came back to me friend and said they didn't have her food. Then the waiter said some food was frozen before it was cooked and I needed to clarify but he was talking about the walk in customers food. The food was okay, nothing special. Had eggplant parm and chicken empanadas for appetizer. The margarita was good. For the price not worth it. Needs work. The waiter was very nice, but overall this place missed the mark. Apparently it's under new ownership.

Overall the food was amazing and the location overlooking the river. Service was a bit lacking due to it only being two servers assisting a packed restaurant. The servers were really nice with all of the tables they had to handle.
