Server was amazing, atmosphere a little too loud but I believe they want the “volume” turned up on purpose. The mistletoe margarita was nice. Will bypass pulled pork nachos next time (meat temp not as “hot” as we like). Overall good experience.

We had a fabulous experience here on 10/27/25. We were a party of 3. We had the sweetest, most attentive without being annoying, server. I believe her name was Dulce or Dolce. All 3 of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We had wings, bacon ranch crispy chicken tacos, and the beet salad with grilled chicken. The pistachio martinis were delicious. We were given the opportunity to try a potential new dessert of bread pudding, and as full as we already were, it was hard to stop eating it. We will absolutely be looking forward to coming back here on a future trip to Salem.

Had 4:00 PM reservations but got there about 3:00, a walk in in front of us was sat. A different server came to the host table and asked how many we said 2 and she was selecting a table, I told her I had a reservation and she said OH I can’t seat you, i ask why she said there were no tables (half the table were empty), I said those people just got a table she said that was the last one. A young man who ended up our waiter sat us in a corner behind a column. It wasn’t us because the next to us that sat when we almost leaving she told them they had too many small kids, really!

Great overall experience, food was exceptional, service was good, good touristy spot to visit for sure. Would definitely visit again

We had a party of 18, they were so accommodating to us, wait staff was great and the Runner Thomas was on top of everything! We will definitely return. The food was great too.

We had a reservation at 7:30pm and when we arrived on time, our table wasn’t ready for a good 10 minutes. Once we were seated, our server did not come to the table for 15 minutes and when they arrived they asked what we’d like. We didn’t have menus so we definitely could not order. We left without eating.

Ocotber in Salem... We told you MULTIPLE times it may be extra time due to major influx of diners in Salem (1 million+ in October) but you insisted on seating right away and said you were OK with the wait! Our staff works so hard that month and does their best to cater to everyone! All we ask for is patience and be kind!

Had a reservation at 3, got one drink and one water upon arrival. An hour and 10 minutes went by without anyone stopping at the table to see if we needed anything. Asked about timing of food and was told it should be shortly. At 4:45 we decided to try and pay for our drinks at the bar and leave but the food started coming out. Nachos were thrown together, burgers overcooked, sides wrong. Still no asking if any other drinks were needed. No silverware or napkins given. Bill reflected the up-charged sides that were not given. No point in even arguing the bill at that point after 2 hours. Waste of time and money. Terrible service.
