On Sunday the 14th of June Tonka brings its signature expression to a long lunch menu designed to meet the character and complexity of Hellyers Road Distillery whiskies. Guided by David Witko from Hellyers Road, you’ll move through a curated tasting menu in a communal seating experience. Each dish is thoughtfully paired with a Hellyers Road single malt whisky, drawing out its complexity and flavour with intention. It's moments like these where smoke, spice and spirit meet, coming together to define the experience with quiet expertise. Groups of 8 or more are required to dine on a set menu and incur a 10% service fee; group reservations are available for parties of up to 16 guests. The $100pp set menu are available for groups of 2 or more. Our much-loved butter chicken returns to Tonka this winter, available from 12pm-2pm, exclusively through the Thali Bar at the entrance of the restaurant. Join us in venue for a casual lunch or take it away hot – we’ll also have take-home packs available, so you can bring Tonka home for later. This special is only available at the Thali Bar and for takeaway, and will not be served in the main dining room. Make a reservation or simply walk in!
