    It was 3 adults and an 11 year old child. One of us ordered the macaroni cheese and it was extremely bland as we all tried it which is a shame as my sister had had it before and it was really tasty. Waitress apologised and removed it from the bill as per my request

    Very disappointed that Tony Macaroni is one of very few Restaurants who do NOT offer Gluten Free Pizzas. Most Restaurants either make them fresh or have GF Pizza bases stored in their Freezer. Neither does Tony Macaroni offer any other GF Bread; Starters; Main Courses; Sweets other than one type of pretty boring Pasta! Just not good enough. I'd like a reason for this as I keep complaining and NO ONE CAN SAY WHY as a GF customer does NOT require a separate Food Prep Area for GF Food as many Nut Allergy Customers do, so absolutely no excuse on Tony Macaroni's part!

    Love this place. Waitress did exactly what we asked - brought tea for my Dad as they served the main rather the starter.

    Waitress was very friendly and a 10% service charge gets added to bill which I don't like .

    Always enjoy meeting friends for shopping then a Tony Macaroni lunch. Staff always reserve us a booth at front of Resturant, always nice friendly staff. Would recommend to friends

    Had a lovely time here. Food was great and service was very quick.

    Food was lovely but the service was not what it use to be. Waitress only put half of our order through, so kids were waiting on their order for another 15 minutes. Restaurant wasn't even that busy. Waitress didn't bother coming back to ask if we needed anything at all or even if the food was ok. When we got their attention to ask for something, they listened to one item and shot off to get it and we then had to call them back again and again. Dissapointed.

    Service was excellent. My Dad likes his pot of tea with his main meal. We explained this to our Server and they were happy to accomodate. Definelty going back. Great food at reasonable prices. Also, my Dad and I could chat and the background music was loud enough to hear however queirt enough that we didn't shout at each other across the table.

    Very efficient and helpful staff. Half rack of baby ribs delicious and not overly expensive unlike some other places. Portion size perfect for those who don’t like huge platefuls of food. Will be back again.
