Pleasant waitress, but all orders came out at once, appetizers and main course and salads. The skewers steak was incredibly dry. Dessert was mediocre at best, we had chocolate chip cookies and chocolate with whipped cream. Overall, I would not come back for dinner, may be for lunch only.

Videre has such promise--a lovely hotel rooftop setting in the city. It was instead really disappointing. The drinks were good but the food is just passable and the banquette where we sat was lopsided, uncomfortable, and completely stained. Ugh. Won't be going there again.

This was a great choice for my purpose. The day I went since it was late on a Tuesday afternoon. It was fairly empty and quiet which I appreciated. The pool is right there and is somewhat small and there were a couple kids in the pool so there was that background noise, but it didn’t really bother me but just be aware that it could be noisy, especially if it were a busier time. That being said it is all outdoors and the views are spectacular and there are lots of cool places to sit love the ambience, and the people service was outstanding. Everybody made me feel very welcomed which mattered since I was by myself the food was good. I am really picky about my chicken and I wish there were more green veggies that I could’ve had on the side All In All. I would probably go there again.

Fish was over cooked. Portions small for price. Did not receive the couscous with my dish as said on the menu. Also, the umbrellas base are too big to situate in different potions as the sun moves.

Our service was amazing just knowing that they are not only servicing us but also people in the hotel is a big job. They were were wonderful. I wish I could remember his name but he works the early shift at 1pm, to like 4pm, and has a beard. So accommodating and had the best attitude with so many folks. The young blonde who also worked that shift was also amazing. I think we tipped them way beyond the max.

Where should I start? This was an amazing, beautiful rooftop setting; the service was phenomenal. Will definitely go back and share with my friends and family. Once again we thank you. Amazing food and drinks.. Thank you

I was not expecting what appears to be a casual, poolside dining experience to have such incredibly delicious food. crispy potatoes were perfection, mixed with delicious little brown bits of potato and a creamy herbed aïoli dipping sauce. the miso Caesar salad was so delicious with crisp little homemade sourdough croutons, and a really fresh mix of different kinds of lettuce like kale, frisée and radicchio. I also ordered the skewer with grilled scallops and woodier mushrooms. The flavoring flavors were just exploding left and right and the portions were generous and prices were reasonable. This is quite the gem in West Hollywood
