    2 courses for £20, or 3 for £25. when you book a bench you’ll unlock our set menu, made for groups who love to share food as well as moments. expect our signature bold, fresh flavours with wagamama classics and a few new favourites too start with koko ‘prawn’ crackers or edamame, then share small plates like chilli squid, bang bang cauliflower, bao buns and gyoza. for mains, go classic with katsu curry or yaki soba, or try something bolder like our warming kare burosu ramen, fragrant raisukaree curry or why not treat yourself to our crispy saku saku duck soba (+£4). then end on a sweet note with miso caramel banana bread or ice cream if you’d rather, our full menu is always there too *set menu cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or rewards including blue light card and soul club rewards

    Our waitress was great. The team were under pressure as they’d had a system failure but kept on going. Both of my son’s choice arrived late (even though they arrive when cooked, his were well behind the rest of the party of 7) - one being totally forgotten, but once notified they soon put it right. Very busy evening for them but staff still helpful & polite. Food was tasty, but a little bit on the pricey side. Good time though

    Relaxed environment, perfect for our large, multigenerational group. Great options for the vegans, big and small, in our group. The service was excellent and the food was delicious.

    What a great dining experience this was. Due to an allergy requirement we were served and looked after by the manager. Within our party were 3 girls (aged 6,6 &4)and immediately made them all feel welcomed, asking their names and addressing them all by name for the remainder of the visit. Some of the best customer service I have seen in a long time, and this was felt across the whole party. Interacting with the girls, letting them experience the ordering app, and sharing personal stories that helped build rapport. People don’t buy products, people buy people and the visit today has truly captured that statement. A true credit to the team.

    First time visit. Good menu choice. High quality food, served quickly despite a very busy restaurant. Efficient and pleasant service. Would certainly go again

    We had the best experience at Wagamama in the East Midlands Designer Outlet and I just have to shout about it! We were a big group — 14 kids (yes, 14!) and 3 adults — and honestly, I went in expecting a bit of chaos. But from the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely incredible and made everything so easy, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyable. Our server Tim was an absolute superstar. From start to finish, he was calm, friendly, patient, and just so kind with everyone — especially the kids. You could tell he really cared about giving us a good experience, not just doing his job. He went above and beyond constantly — checking in regularly, making sure every meal was right, and handling all our requests (and there were quite a few!) with a big smile and so much professionalism. It’s not easy keeping that many little ones happy and fed, but Tim made it look effortless. He honestly turned what could have been a stressful group meal into such a smooth, fun outing. And then there was Jas, the manager — another absolute gem. She was so welcoming and accommodating from the start. She helped get us all seated comfortably, made sure everything ran perfectly, and was just so attentive and lovely throughout. You can really tell she runs a great team and cares about every guest’s experience. Between her warm energy and Tim’s amazing service, we felt genuinely looked after the whole time. The food, of course, was spot-on — fresh, tasty, and came out surprisingly quickly given the size of our order. The kids loved it, and so did the adults! But it’s really the service that made it memorable. There’s something special about a team that clearly takes pride in what they do and goes the extra mile to make people feel welcome. If you’re ever at the Designer Outlet and fancy a meal, go to this Wagamama. You’ll be in great hands. Huge thanks again to Tim and Jas — you two are absolute stars and made our day. We’ll 100% be back soon (probably with another big crowd in tow!).

    Food was great servers were on point, I’m aware food is made fresh but it’s frustrating when you have children and they bring all their food out at different times and then having to chase for the reminding orders whilst the kids fall out over why they haven’t got their food yet! Note for improvement , put the children’s orders through first and bring them our first
