   Restaurant busy on Sat night (always a good sign). We customised set menu to suit our tastes, and waiter made recommendations. Food was very good. Had a mixup with the wine order - there were 2 Malbecs on the list which the waiter hadn't realised, and our order for Argentinian Malbec came to the table as the cheaper French Malbec from the house wines. So perhaps a little more education on wines is required. Overall, quite expensive, but tasty. Toilets need attention and soaps topping up

   Yang Sing Manchester . Request for seating in a booth was granted. Throughout meal service was very attentive. Ordered the £29.90 Banquet making one change to the Dim Sum. Ostrich was not available the course replaced by spare ribs. The Dim Sum starters were good but the ribs were less acceptable, the sauce tasted powdery. The fish dish in the main courses was similar . All other dishes were fine and the fresh fruit at the end of the meal was a nice. House Dry White Wine v acceptable.

   Food excelent quality - we had the 6 course banquet - they were very busy which in itself is a good sign - Anson who served us was excelent and very attentive - warm plates came out to early so these had cooled by time meal items arrived - lots of different menu item choices and lots of differnt choices compared to the bulk standard restaurants - Dim sums supplied as part of banquet meal were terrific - would be worth going before 5:pm just for the Dim sum menu - Fair price charged

   Busy Saturday night at Yang Sing restaurant, Manchester. Very welcoming and efficient staff and food and wine were very good. Very glad that we had made a reservation and look forward to our next visit.

    Didn't amke it this time as Father wasn't well but recently visited Yang Sing in Manchester and had an excellent banquet meal for 4. Food was very good especiallly the crispy duck with excellent service and good value. It remains one of the north west's best and is very disabled friendly if you need that.
