Our meals were horrible, desserts were excellent!! Service was above and beyond. Very loud hard to talk to each other.

We had an excellent dinner. My wife had the Schnitzel and I had the duck. Both were excellent and the best meal we had during our 3 day trip to St Augustine

Ambiance, service, drinks ahi tuna were great!!! Lasagna was not great and the dick was well done and dry, potatoes were cold, root beer float was great- overall a wonderful evening- it was our fault for ordering what we did- should have ordered steak or fish-still, a lovely restaurant

We had high expectations based on reviews of the Raintree Restaurant. While the food was quite good and the atmosphere charming, our waiter on multiple occasions kept asking us to not forget to tip! Even when the restaurant imposed a mandatory 16.5% tip on our bill (there were two of us), the waiter suggested that he wasn't going to get any of THAT part of the tip, we needed to tip more. We found this disengenuous, unnecessary, and we would have tipped him more if he didn't keep asking for it! I doubt we'll go back if that is the style of the service staff. We are tippers--we don't need that to be the ongoing thread of the conversation we have with our waiter throughout ANY meal.

I haven’t been to the Raintree in quite awhile so I was delighted to find it well maintained. I received a nice table by request. The brunch menu was adequate however not many healthy options. The food was good but not hot. The service was attentive though a bit theatrical.

Tim was our waiter and did a fantastic job. Always checking in on how we were doing. Raintree is my favorite restaurant in the area. My niece was visiting from Hawaii and was running late. Tim was most kind and patient and attentive while I was waiting for her. I always have a great time at your restaurant and you deserve a 5* rating in every area. I recommend this to my neighbors and celebrate family occasions here often. Sunday brunch had such a good selection and all the food was delicious. as always.

Made the reservations site unseen, and did not know what to expect. It was a very charming clean establishment with both indoor and outdoor seating available. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The drinks were good at the bar. And the food was house made and delicious and the desserts were excellent!
