Das "Lamps" bezieht sich auf die 7 Prinzipien der Architektur: Aufopferung, Wahrheit, Macht, Schönheit, Leben, Erinnerung und Gehorsam. Von diesem Essay Inspiriert hat Miteigentümer und Küchenchef Drew Van Leuvan erkannt, dass diese wichtigen Prinzipien sich ebenfalls in der Küche für den Aufbau der Gerichte anwenden lassen.
