Book your special, one-of-a-kind dining experience with Bar-Ranch Steak Company? Primarily a craft butchery emporium open Wed-Sat, providing lunch from 11am-2pm featuring some of the best Dry-Aged burgers in the DFW area.
Then at the turn of the clock we transform into a exquisite fine dining establishment. With only 6 tables you will enjoy a very intimate setting with a unique view of our one-of-a-kind dry-aging room. Highlighted by a 300 sqft illuminated Himalayan salt wall, you will see cuts of prime and exotic beef such as Japanese Brown Wagyu (Akaushi), A4 & A5 Japanese Black Wagyu, Australian Wagyu, American Wagyu and some of the very best USDA Black Angus Beef you will ever experience.

Ike's dining room is by reservation only, however we welcome walk ins when the availability allows.
Doc's Lounge is open seating and is first come, first served, in Doc's Lounge you will find an extensive bourbon collection and our mixologists who are creating specialty cocktails for each taste. All of our beef is locally raised at the Tex-Ken Ranch in Bluff Dale, Texas, where we take great pride in ensuring that our cattle are free from hormones and antibiotics, delivering the highest quality meat both nutritionally and ethically. They are then processed in-house at our state-inspected facility, Thompson’s Custom Meats in Dublin, Texas. Steaks are cooked over a wood burning grill using Hardwood also sourced from the Tex-Ken Ranch. From our ranch to the table, we guarantee a dining experience that celebrates the best of local and sustainable farming.
