Das etc. ist das neueste Unterfangen der Köchin/Besitzerin Deb Paquette. Das etc. befindet sich im Bedford Commons-Komplex im Green Hills Viertel und bietet montags bis freitags Mittag- und Abendessen und samstags Abendessen. Demnächst soll es auch einen Sonntags-Brunch geben. In dieser zweiten, kleineren Version des Schwesterrestaurant Etch nutzt Deb ihre liebsten Gewürze, Produkte und globalen Rezepte, welche die Speisekarte im etc. zu einem abenteuerlichen kulinarischen Erlebnis machen. Die tolle Wein- und Cocktail-Karte umfasst Weine aus der ganzen Welt, Craft-Bier und ein paar kulinarisch geprägte Cocktails. Der gemütliche, 220 qm große Raum verfügt über einfach geschmückt Tische, bequeme Stühle, eine große Wein- und Cocktail-Bar und viele Sitzplätze im Freien. Ausgefallene Leuchten, auffälliges Blau, Kupfer- und Glasakzente und warmes Holz schmücken den gemütlichen Raum.
