Pho York is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant with loads of vegan and gluten free options.

We specialise in phở, the Vietnamese noodle soup and also serve delicious curries, rice dishes, wok-fried noodles, and fresh salads too. Our starters such as summer rolls and spring rolls are perfect for sharing with friends and family. We also offer an entirely gluten free dessert menu with dishes like Pandan waffles, condensed milk ice cream and a Vietnamese affogato.

Over a third of our menu is vegan, and nearly all of it is gluten-free, so we are a great destination for people who follow those particular dietary restrictions. We are also accredited by Coeliac UK.

Aside from our lovely food we offer a brilliant range of healthy juices, as well as delicious wine and beer, and a fantastic cocktail menu too.

We are a family owned business located in the centre of York by the River Ouse. Our bar and bistro has gained a reputation for a wide range of beers and spirits coupled with an excellent selection of wines and champagnes. Close to The Grand Opera House and city centre, Plonkers is an ideal place to meet with friends or colleagues for a relaxed drink.
Weekends at Plonkers can have a party atmosphere where you can relax after work with friends. Upstairs seats approximately 26 but we can cater for buffets for around 40 people with some standing.
We now have our outside riverside area, where we serve food and drinks 10am – 9pm weather permitting.

Please note that although Open Table appears to let you book downstairs or upstairs, this is a glitch with open table, and whilst we will do our best to accommodate requests, no specific tables can be booked as its down to phasing on the day,
