Auf der Weinliste des Restaurants stehen die besten Tropfen der Welt sowie kleine erlesene Weine aus weniger bekannten Regionen. Die Weine müssen jeden Tag auf das neue Menü abgestimmt werden. Reichlich Gelegenheit für unsere Someliers, in unserem 400+ Weinkeller nach den besten Optionen zu suchen - von Weinen aus Norditalien bis hin zu Bio-Marken aus dem Pazifischen Nordwesten.
