Uli's Restaurant ist eine Institution in White Rock. Das 1986 von Uli Blume eröffnete Restaurant war eines der ursprünglichen, an der Strandpromenade gelegenen Restaurants von White Rock und ist aufgrund seiner guten Küche und seiner freundlichen Atmosphäre bei den Einheimischen schnell zum Lieblingsrestaurant avanciert. Ulis Sohn Tyson übernahm 2008 den Betrieb und machte dort weiter, wo sein Vater aufgehört hatte. Dazu gehört vor allem, die Strandpromenade von White Rock zu einem fröhlichen und entspannten Ort zu machen, wo man die lebendige Atmosphäre, den atemberaubenden Blick auf das Wasser, erfrischend einfache Speisen, ein umfangreiches Angebot an internationalen Bieren sowie eine vielfältige Auswahl an Weinen genießen kann. Köchin Jennie Silk beeindruckte ebenso die Einheimischen, welche aufgrund der perfekten, regionalen Geschmacksrichtungen auf der Speisekarte zu ihr strömen.
