The Green Flash is an iconic waterfront dining establishment in Captiva, Florida. Come by boat or car, sit indoors or at one of our outdoor dockside tables for lunch or dinner service. The Green Flash serves traditional American fare with a distinct European influence. The kitchen uses only fresh ingredients, including market-fresh fish in all its from scratch dishes. The full bar provides plenty of drink options and the dining rooms and patios provide beautiful views of the water while you eat. Enjoy your meal as you watch the many pleasure and fishing boats depart and return from their excursions!

The Green Flash's menu begins with a range of starters like oysters on the half shell, smoked salmon, hot flash shrimp and mussels. There are plenty of salads and soups on The Green Flash menu as well, like the grilled chicken Caesar. Larger dishes include chicken porcini and pan seared diver scallops.

Nach Tagen fürchterlichem Fastfood endlich ein Qualitätsstern am Himmel mit gesundem Seafood, geiler Pasta und tollem Service. Und für diesen Qualitätsstandard und Standort mit bestem Blick aufs Wasser sind die Preise absolut OK. Klare Weiterempfehlung.
