   Had an amazing dinner at the bar with Chris! Food was absolutely delicious. The steak frites were out of this world. Would definitely recommend!

   Dinner was fabulous! Had Steak Freits and asparagus.. Martimi was excellent as was the waitstaff..

   I think they may have just opened up for Valentine’s weekend, and it showed. Everyone was friendly, but the waitstaff were notably understaffed, and our waiter, while pleasant, was overwhelmed and inexperienced. There were two wait staff, with some host help, for the entire restaurant. The beet and arugula salad was excellent. The burgers were tough, chewy and seemed to have been frozen for a long time. The buns were stale. Fries were good. The side of Parmesan risotto was a tasteless gooey mess. The tiny lamps on our table were noticeable dusty and dirty. We have been to this restaurant many times in season and love it. I would not go back off season.

   The food was excellent. We started off with deviled eggs and brussel sprouts which were amazing. I had the cauliflower steak, my friends had filet and lobster. All 3 meals were delicious. Our server was friendly and on top of things. A wonderful experience.

   We thought it started out very well as sat in the Club area waiting for our table. We were seated within a very short time. Our server was friendly. We were there to celebrate Thanksgiving and also our daughter’s 10th birthday. The gentleman who called to confirm our reservation did stop by our table and did wish our daughter a happy birthday. Apparently our server did not know we were celebrating her birthday. I did remind the staff at the front desk only to be told they were not sure what they did. It was a bit of a let down when you ask to have her birthday acknowledged and it wasn’t. The Crown Pointe is very cozy with people chatting amongst each other. I think they would have enjoyed singing happy birthday.

   This was our first time at The Pointe, and what a treat it was! Our server was excellent, kind, sweet, and very attentive. The food was delicious! We had the Jerk Pork, which is scrumptious, and the Lobster Pappardelle, which is also fantastic. The ambiance is lovely, and my cocktail really hit the spot. We look forward to coming back!

   The waiter was very attentivce, professional and patient. The meal was excellent and the atmosphere was delightful. It was a pleasant experience and we intend to return in the future.

   My wife and I go for her birthday every year, and they never disappoint. The service is top notch, and the bartender is phenomenal (try his espresso martini, he's very proud of it). The view from the porch is amazing at night.

    From start to finish the Crowne Point was excellent. Food was delicious. Service was great. Will definitely go again.
