After we were seated, more diners started arriving, but the table we requested was still empty and stayed empty the whole time we were there. We both had the salmon and agreed that it, along with the sides, was average at best. As we were dining a couple of women came in and were seated across the patio, they became extremely loud and obnoxious, very vulgar language and inappropriate conversation etc., as if they were in a bar, and I am certainly no prude. I'm sure everyone on the patio heard them and I think it was the restaurant's staff's obligation to quiet them, but they did nothing. At that point we were ready to leave. In summary, it was not a pleasant experience, and the atmosphere is terrible, and I do not believe that we will be returning. Das Tiburon Fine Dining hat sich heimlich zu einem der besten Restaurants in Utah gemausert. Das Tiburon befindet sich in einem unscheinbaren Gebäude, das früher einen Obststand beherbergte, am südlichen Ende des Salt Lake Valley. Aber lassen Sie sie nicht täuschen, im Tiburon wird preisgekrönte moderne amerikanische Küche serviert. My wife and I had a truly memorable time celebrating our anniversary at Tiburon. I had the New Zealand Elk, which was incredibly tender and had a rich flavor. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her Beef Tenderloin, which was cooked to a perfect medium-rare and practically melted in her mouth. Even the salad, with its fresh greens and flavorful vinaigrette, was surprisingly delicious.
The service was also outstanding; our server was attentive and made excellent recommendations.

The food was excellent. I were steaks we're cut to perfection! Our waiter RYAN, he was awesome. We really enjoyed having him has service our server. He was very personable, and friendly, he recommended things for us. He was very mindful of our food allergies. ( :

Nothing but the top notch service we’ve come to expect from Tiburon. In addition, I had a wonderful chicken breast entrée which was possibly the best chicken I’ve ever had. Everyone in my party had an amazing meal, drinks, and dessert. We will definitely be back.

They brought back the Tenderloin with Foie gras…. OMG!! This is our favorite which we hadn’t had since just around the COVID scare era and now they have found a new reliable source, making it available every Friday and Saturday, if not sold out. This continues to be our favorite place to celebrate those special occasions. It was our 27th anniversary, which they did special treats for us. Thank you Tiburon!

We brought our staff here for dinner to celebrate making it through the Tax Season. What a stress free experience starting with getting reservations and making changes to our reservation. They were so easy and accommodating to work with. The food was amazing and our server Ryan and the rest of the staff was some of the best we have had. Thank you for a great evening!

Overall, a good experience. Delicious food fairly priced, with a reasonable selection of wines and cocktails. Menu is fairly small with limited salad options. Service is friendly and professional.
