I took my best friend to the tea room for her birthday! It was amazing! Such a relaxing and magical experience! The teas and food were delicious! The cold teas they served to cleanse your palate between each tasting were refreshing and so unique! The staff was so friendly and very accommodating. I have visited many tea rooms in the Richmond area and this one exceeds expectations! Can't wait for the holiday tea experience!

I absolutely love Floris. My servers have always been very knowledgeable regarding food allergies and attentive. I love the rotating menu's, the fact that I get to choose hot or cold tea, and that other drinks are offered as well.
