From start to finish, our entire experience at Texas de Brazil for a random Date Night, was excellent. Booking our initial reservation online was simple and quick. However, due to traffic we were running behind and when we called the restaurant to inform them we'd be way past our rez-time, they had no problem moving us to a later time. Upon arrival, we were greeted and seated right away. They didn't have the Brazilian soda I usually order in stock, but our server recommended the Lemonade and it was delicious! Since it's sweetened with condensed milk, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The salad bar has a great variety of cold cuts, pickles, salad fixings & toppings. They also have hot sides, such as scalloped potatoes, sautéed mushrooms, rice, beans, fish, and Lobster Bisque (definitely must try, it's Delicious!). As for the Gauchos, once you display your tab on the Green side, they'll make their way over with all the wonderful meats. Chicken, pork, beef, and lamb prepared in a variety of ways. Depending on the item they may also be able to provide a cut at your preferred temp. Like the filet mignon and sirloin beef, I'll ask for a cut on the rare side if they have it available. All members of staff were friendly and accommodating. Even though we missed our original dining time, we still had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back again.

My Wife and I always enjoy going to the sunny buffet at Eleven. Most of the dishes are unique or changed from the original install but interesting ways.

Wonderful service and beautiful setting. Foo was excellent with many options. Made to order eggs are preferred. The Farmer’s frittata was excellent. . just a little pricey, but a fabulous experience .
