Excellent menu choices for Sunday lunch and good to see it has been updated since last visit. Food was delicious with exception of the roast potatoes which were not as crispy as usual. Otherwise great meal.

We had the best Cod and Chips yesterday at The Jenyns I opted for mash potato and vegetables with my Cod and the mash was the best mash I’ve had anywhere We have eaten there 3 times before as we live locally and every meal has been 10/10

We chose a later table time of 1.45 for our Sunday lunch and the restaurant was busy with a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. We went for the traditional Sunday roast with a good choice of meats and veggie option and the sirloin beef was wonderful. The veggies are interesting with a shredded cabbage mix for the meat to sit on plus red cabbage, tender stem broccoli, carrots, Yorkshire pudding and roast potatoes. Nice choice of puds if you have room. Great service, friendly and efficient.

Nice food at a gorgeous venue. Food was warm rather than hot, but delicious all the same. Service was impeccable… excellent and very attentive.
