⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Absolutely Amazing Evening at George’s Bistro! This was our third visit to George’s Bistro, and once again, it was absolutely amazing! We don’t often go out and spend a lot on a meal. It’s a rare treat for us, but this time we wanted to take some friends out for a special evening—and it was worth every moment and every dollar spent. We started with the charcuterie board and octopus, both of which were delicious. The drinks were delightful, and the attention to detail throughout the evening was exceptional. For our entrée, we had the short ribs with mushroom ravioli, and WOW! The short ribs were incredibly tender, savory, and just delicious. Then came dessert. I honestly can’t remember the exact name of it—they called it a pudding, but it was more like a delicate sponge cake that practically melted in your mouth. Absolutely wonderful! What I appreciate most about a restaurant like this is that when you spend a little more for a meal, it becomes an experience—not just dinner. And this was truly an experience. And I have to mention our server, Faith. She was, without a doubt, one of the best waitresses we have ever had. She was attentive, personable, and made the entire evening even better. Our guests were incredibly impressed as well. The atmosphere was perfect. The lighting was just right, the noise level allowed us to actually enjoy conversation, and every little detail came together to create a wonderful evening. We left feeling like we had enjoyed much more than a great meal—we had enjoyed a beautiful evening with good friends, great food, wonderful service, and an atmosphere that made it all special. George’s Bistro, you did it again. We’ll definitely be back! ❤️

Food was excellent, service attentive, ambience comfortable. We love the historiic building, convenient to downtown but away from the bustle. Filet and limoncello pasta were new to the menu and both were delicious.

O’Briens never disappoints! The food was amazing, the service was better, and the staff is always so nice and welcoming.

The food is amazing-high quality with excellent preparation. Great service and friendly staff. These people are really cooking in this kitchen with care and love.

We initially had reservations for the inside, however it was such a beautiful Monday for downtown Pensacola, the waitress said we could sit anywhere we wanted. AWESOME! 🤩 Joseph, our waiter was phenomenal! He made sure we had everything and more! 🫡
