OUR STORY Welcome to BrewDog Denver. We are owned by thefamily team of Juan Carlos Mondragon, son Eduardo,daughter Paloma and her husband Elliot. BrewDogDenver is our passion project and a journey we havebeen on since Paloma came to Scotland, the home ofBrewDog, in 2019 and met Elliot.A Scottish native, Elliot had been a BrewDog fansince the brewery started in 2007 and it wasn’t longbefore Paloma fell in love with the beer (and Elliot!).Bags were then packed for Europe where Palomalearned everything there is to know about craftbeer whilst working in BrewDog Brussels and thenit was back to Scotland where, over pints of JetBlack Heart, BrewDog Denver was born.     It was easy to get a reservation via OpenTable. We were seated immediately. Our server(s) were very friendly & there was a good cross selection of food options. The servings were generous (we all took food home). We were especially impressed with the mahi bowl, lots of tuna, well cooked. Their chicken pot pie was good, stocked full of shredded chicken. The only thing that could make it better was perhaps a little bit of sauce in the chicken pot pie.

    Food is always awesome - our server was so helpful and suggestions for beers was amazing.... even got us in for a few happy hour specials before it ran out!
