My absolute favorite! ❤️ As soon as I arrive, Rolando always greets me with such elegance and professionalism. He knows exactly where I like to sit, and the way he treats me is truly royal. 👑 This time, my server was Tim, and he delivered exceptional service as well. The bartender is always so consistent with my red sangria, and I always compliment him on how delicious he makes them. 🍷 I’m not sure who the chef is, but the Lobster Ravioli was, without a doubt, the best I have ever tasted in this life! 🤌🏽✨ Overall, Mariposa has officially become one of my absolute favorite places to eat. Carlos was great and the food was outstanding. Must have curry cauliflower salad, sweet corn agnolotti, wood grilled half chicken, Wagyu Short Rib, and petite chocolate chip cookies. Will definitely be back. Great job to the management, kitchen, and staff. Wonderful team doing things right. Stop reading and go eat already.
