Decided to go to Ella for my partners birthday celebration - they made it a great night. Our server, Luis, was both attentive and aware of when we wanted time to ourselves. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, two of his recommendations became favorites of our experience. The craft cocktails worth spectacular, we both tried some of the new seasonal variants and were very impressed. My partner got something they thought would be familiar, and it ended up being delightfully fresh and new. I got something unfamiliar, and was wonderfully surprised at how delicious it could be. There is no denying that the experience is a little pricey, but for the quality of the food added the service we were both wonderfully surprised at the price we paid. They will definitely be a favorite of ours to visit again soon.

The food, drinks and service were all excellent, even though we arrived during the busiest time on the first day of their “Monday 2 For $59” dinner special!! It was very busy, but you wouldn’t know it by the quality and presentation of the food. Our server was patient and helpful even though she also had a large party to keep her busy. We love Paul Martin’s—they have great Happy Hour drinks and food specials, plus we’ve come multiple times during the summer and autumn to see LIVE entertainment on certain Fridays to hear an amazing group (2nd Planet😍).

Our Waitress was great, she was always asking questions and was knowledgeable on everything we asked. The food and wine was great, the music was too. It was an amazing night!

Another amazing dinner with friends at 1876, so thankful to have such a special place to gather and dine!
