Unser Speiseangebot beinhaltet klassische italienische Geschmackskombinationen, jedoch verwendet der Chefkoch Jason Saxby selten importierte Zutaten und ist eher von saisonalen Zutaten und modernen Kochtechniken inspiriert als von traditionellen Rezepten. Bei unserer Weinauswahl schätzen wir die Klassiker aus dem Piemont und der Toskana und feiern gleichzeitig die hervorragenden Rebsorten Nebbiolo und Trebbiano aus regionalem Anbau. Das Restaurant folgt dem Stil der klassischen italienischen Trattorias aus den 1970er Jahren, serviert aber zugleich komplexe Gemeinschafts-Gerichte und bietet Abendessen an der Bar. Loved our first time at Fabbricca Newtown. We were there early before a movie, great service, good food and a great selection of non alcoholic beverages too. Would love to try their other locations too.
