Seasoned is SUNY Adirondack’s student-run restaurant, located in the SUNY Adirondack Culinary Arts Center in downtown Glens Falls. SUNY Adirondack's Culinary students are trained by the college's highly skilled faculty, then put what they learn into action at the state-of-the-art learning center. Students learn the ins and outs of the restaurant by working all roles in the dining room. In the kitchen, the students learn the art of creating delectable cuisines which are served to the patrons of Seasoned. Seasoned also hosts Collaborative Cuisine dinner series where the college partners with local beverage companies in New York State. Enjoy a four-course pairing menus curated and prepared by SUNY Adirondack Chef Matt Bolton and their Culinary Arts students with informal informational talking points from the chefs and our regional beverage partners.     We really enjoyed our dinner! Service was great! Steak frites, kids chicken fingers were delicious! Dessert was a sundae and skillet cookie with ice cream…yummy!

    I went to Matilda on my brother’s recommendation - he was absolutely right - fabulous from beginning to end. My server Violet was so sweet, and guided me carefully. I loved everything!

    We had a great meal at Josie's Table! We came in a group of four. service was fast and attentive all night. Food came out fresh and delicious. Great atmosphere for a group dinner, and the espresso martinis were a nice touch to end the night. Highly recommend — we'll definitely be back!

    We had a wonderful time, on a quiet Wednesday evening in July. The servers and bar staff went out of their way to make sure that we had a fun evening. The food was great, although the menu was somewhat different from last summer (no caviar?!?).  I would definitely recommend Regent for anyone wanting to get away from downtown Saratoga but still be close to all the action.
