Both chefs assist each other with the raising of their laying hens, meat chickens and turkeys ( NON GMO fed ) as well as tending to the restaurant's honey bees. The majority of the beef, lamb, pork and chicken used is locally sourced and pasture raised. we also focus on natural wild caught seafoods, and use NON GMO oils in preparation.

Allora is a new venture with an old, familiar feel. Calling back to the family Italian restaurants of our youth, our Osteria combines regional Italian cuisine with great steaks and chops. Allora's partner, Acute Farm in Hammondsport, NY will labor to provide so many of the fresh ingredients we will serve along with many other small, family farms from the Finger Lakes region. Allora has a full bar, a wine list featuring Finger Lakes and Italian selections, and local beers and ciders. Our 60-seat dining room provides our guests with a comfortable setting for all types of dining occasions from a simple pasta dinner to a multi-course extravaganza with wines and fireworks (ok, no fireworks:-) Located alone the Outlet Trail in the downtown historical district of Penn Yan, NY, Allora has an ample parking lot as well as boat parking on the canal for our lake faring guests. A new foot bridge over the canal connects us to the Walkerbilt Park and Band Shell and additional boat parking.
