We’ve had lunch at Lager and Vine in the past, and this was our first time to go for dinner. It was beyond our expectations! My seasonal maple glazed salmon was done to perfection, and my spouse really enjoyed the portobello sandwich paired with Brussel sprouts (as a side, subbed for fries). We were enticed to try the seasonal very berry cobbler dessert, which definitely satisfied! Our server was another bright spot, pleasantly taking care of everything without being overly attentive. The acoustics in the restaurant are not the best, causing the noise level to be higher than we would have liked particularly when the restaurant is full. Kudos to L&V for having such a vibrant business on a Tuesday night!

What a great restaurant… Place looks great, the service was exceptional and the food a great value and so tasty my first time there, but will definitely be back. Kudos to pub Frado…

I'd eaten at Brick & Vine by myself previously and had the pork chop. If I've ever eaten a better pork chop I don't remember it, it was that good. I could've eaten the mustard jus with a spoon, and I'm not typically a huge fan of mustard sauces. I went back last night with my husband to see if the food really is that good and can confirm that yes, it really is. Like the pork chop dish, my duck confit was excellent. I really appreciate that each plate is composed with sides, sauces and garnishes that work together. I also appreciate that the menu offers lower carb dishes (the pork came with a parsnip puree that was delicious, the duck confit's sweet potato mash was just as good). Unfortunately, they were out of pork chops last night (it was a Sunday) so my husband ended up getting the NY strip steak. It was also excellent, but we both felt it was just a little less creative/special than my dishes. This is an excellent place to go if you are looking to celebrate or just eat excellent food. The service was efficient and we were well taken care of, too.
