First time here and we were warmly greeted on arrival, especially our dog. The decor was lovely and cosy and staff were friendly. Food was fresh and tasty. We will definitely be back.

Excellent place, outstanding food, great service, will come again

We visited on a quiet Monday evening, as a party of 7. Our waitress, Elisha, was very attentive to our needs, nothing was too much trouble. We were made to feel very welcome and treated like valued customers. Staff training is clearly done well here. We were all extremely happy with our meals. The cottage pie was very tasty, with plenty of side dishes to accompany it. The haddock was battered to perfection. The lasagne was also very tasty! The portions are very generous here, meaning its value for money. Our children had the sticky toffee puddings… We all said ‘Wow!’ When they were delivered to the table, and all sat wishing we’d ordered one too! They were presented beautifully, with quality vanilla ice cream. We were asked throughout the evening if everything was ok, and thanked for our custom upon leaving. Excellent service, outstanding food and a venue with a welcoming, friendly vibe. We will definitely be back.
