Die besten griechische Restaurants in Lake Zurich

We read about Kouklas in the New York Times and decided to give it a try. We order 5 dishes and LOVED all of them - spicy whipped feta, fried zucchini (very crisp), watermelon & feta salad (nice sweet watermelon), lamb souvlaki (delicious lamb and tasty smashed potatoes) and grilled octopus (a large portion of delicious and tasty octopus and salsa verde). We will definitely be back!

Excellent meal and fantastic atmosphere and service. One of our party (my boss’s boss) left his jacket on accident and I got a call afterwards informing me and informing me I can swing by and pick it up. Let me just say that was incredible service and made me abit of a hero at work the next day. Thank you!

Food was excellent! Ambiance was great! The sparkler show was unexpected but very cool with all the lights down. Definitely will visit again!

Our party of 4 shared the octopus and sausage/cheese apps - they were very good. The French onion soup was delicious! We had the filet, salmon, lamb chops, and chicken milanese - all very good, huge portions! The mashed potatoes were incredible!! The wine and cocktails - all very good. Desserts were tasty - chocolate cake, cheesecake, and the special Greek dessert! The best part of the evening - the service! Our waitress was terrific - friendly but professional. My only complaint - when making the reservation, we mentioned that we were celebrating a birthday; the staff never mentioned it. Why ask, and then ignore it? Bottom line - incredible food, drinks, and service; what else could you ask for? We will be back!!
