We serve the real flavors of San Carlos: gallo pinto, casado, sopa negra, sopa de pollo, olla de carne, arroz con pollo, arroz con camarones, chifrijo, ceviche, patacones, empanadas, handmade tortillas, and pollo con papas, plus premium grilled steaks, fresh salmon, and natural house dressings, home made hot sauces and old fashioned typical desserts. Our signature Grandma's TICA Menu is a shared feast born from generations of tradition. We cook exclusively with whole natural ingredients and traditional healthy fats: lard, beef tallow, chicken fat, olive oil, and coconut oil. No ultra-processed ingredients, no shortcuts.
