Head Chef LalitHailing from Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, Head Chef Lalit Kumar carries with him over three decades of culinary expertise. His journey began in 1993, when, at just 15 years old, he followed in his late father’s footsteps and set out for Bombay to pursue a life in food. After moving to Ireland in 2006, he refined his craft in some of Ireland's top Indian restaurants. Today, as the driving force behind his very own restaurant and takeaway, he brings together authenticity, innovation, and a lifetime of dedication to Indian cuisine.
