I had the roasted chicken and it was amazing! The easterly is the #1 restaurant in the Virgin Islands! The chef was fantastic! It was easy to cut into the chicken and it was so juicy and well seasoned. It wasn’t overly salty or bland, it had the perfect amount. Better than the chicken my grandma makes but don’t tell her I said that lol. My boyfriend got the lobster and enjoyed every bit of it. It had that juice at the bottom and he drinked that too. There was a side of butter and there was also potatoes and broccoli. I had a drink from the designated driver menu the shallow cay and it was nice, not too sweet, very refreshing. My boyfriend had a special rum drink since it was his birthday. The waitress was fantastic and walked us through the menu, she knew everything. She was prepared and made the experience perfect. Oh and we also got some celebratory bread which was delicious. The bread was so fluffy. The butter was amazing as well so so so fluffy and delicious! Honestly this place should receive a star at the minimum! Honestly and thank you to the chef, my boyfriend had an amazing birthday and it was his first time at the restaurant. Thank you to everyone at the easterly!

Ambiance is nice and the food is really good. A vast list of cocktails. Staff is very good.

What a truly memorable dining experience from start to finish. Manager Irv greeted us with a warm Anniversary reception - always appreciated. He puts the ‘H’ in hospitality. David took it from there with delightful service, excellent recommendation’s and attentiveness to our every question. The culinary experience took it over the top. Chef Felicia prepared everything superbly. Delicious and A+ presentation. We tried as many items as we could on the menu: the gazpacho was ‘authentic and savory’ per Hubby. Josephine’s green’s w/ fried goat cheese was mouthwatering! The mahi and yellowfin tuna were fresh and perfectly prepared, including temperature. The duck confit - exceptional. Crispy, tender and succulent. Even the apple tart was commendable. It was truly a culinary celebration and we’ll visit La Tapa everytime we’re on Island. I highly recommend it and be sure to book for sunset. Very romantic. Thank you all for a fabulous anniversary celebration we’ll never forget.

One of the best views you will ever have at dinner with a phenomenal sunset. Food was great, and service was excellent.
