Although traditionally you go to places like Benihana for the teppanyaki (hibachi), you can place the same order from the bar, which has traditional seating, if you want a little bit more privacy. I got the hibachi spicy chicken lunch menu option that includes soup or salad, veggies, fried rice, and the chicken. Everything was perfectly cooked and flavorful.

For my taste, one of the best Sushi restaurants in the area. The food here is always fresh and served professionally. The California roll is one of my favorites and yesterday's roll didn't disappoint. The Miso was freshly made and steaming hot. My second roll, the "angry bird" consisted of tempura chicken, and a variety of vegetables. It was good but slices were so big, they were difficult to eat. The taste was very good, though. All in all, Wasabi is one of the best.
