Excellent wine selection at this neighbourhood wine bar. I look forward to the menu getting expanded as they settle in to their new home.

Pleasant evening, excellent service and food much improved since last visit a year ago.

We pre-booked and unfortunately due to traffic we would be 15mins late. We will phoned ahead and let them know. The person we spoke to was professionally friendly and assured us it was not a problem. Once we arrived service was brilliant, at no point did we feel rushed to place an order. The only downside on the service which is why we gave only a ‘good’ rating was because we had to find a waiter to take our desert orders and again so we could pay! However, they had changed over their staff so I will give them that, and the fact that the staff were still extremely pleasant and happy. The food…. OMG, I can’t speak for the rest of the table, but my lamb cutlets and potatoes were absolutely gorgeous! Yep, something so simple but totally hit the spot. Not too much on the plate that I was overwhelmed by it and the flavours and texture of everything was perfect. Everybody else did say their food was nice and it did look great!! All in all, I had a really lovely lunch. It felt like I was welcome to sit and chill all day, and had I had the time, I probably would have!
