Experience Vermont through an ever-changing, multi-course tasting menu created by Executive Chef Joseph Nardo. The experience lasts approximately 2.5 hours and is $85 per guest (beverages, tax, and gratuity not included).While we are happy to accommodate some dietary restrictions with at least 48 hours' notice, modifications are very limited due to the nature of the tasting menu.
